It's Sunday morning and I'm doing work on mums house prior to her return home in the next few weeks. And I'm listening to a podcast as is normal when I do this kind of thing.
So I'm taking a break to make a quick post to give a shout out to this excellent podcast by Elizabeth Callaghan and Julia Ajayi. I've listened to several in their On a Good Day series. All excellent, warm, emotional and informative - and this is no exception.
In this issue, they discuss the scale of the problem, in terms of numbers of Brain Injury patients admitted each year in the UK (300k), the personal motivation for Luke to do something of meaning, and the work of Headway.
